Story

Ambrosia Cafe offers a unique tea-shop experience in the heart of Seattle. We have more than 30 different flavors of tea to choose from and our comfortable café provides the perfect spot to either grab some tea while you're on the go or relax inside and warm up. We brew our own fresh tea every day and make our famous Bubble Tea tapioca in-house. Stop in for a steaming cup of black tea or Japanese-style green tea. Enjoy one of our fresh smoothies that infuse flavors like avocado, strawberry, mango, watermelon, honeydew, and more. Some of our tea flavors also come and go with the seasons, so be sure to try a unique flavor while it's still here!

For some of the best authentic Bubble Tea in town, Ambrosia has you covered with several options as well as shaved ice. We were the first place in Seattle to offer Bubble Tea back in 1997 and have been holding strong since. We also have Asian style thick slice toast and fresh made pudding to help satisfy your sweet tooth.
