Edit: Luis took the time to reach out and make amends for the situation, which is nice.  To be fair he has no obligation to take me on as a client, but I stand firm on his dismissive demeanor.

Was unfortunately quite dismissive and unwilling to help, either by taking me on as a client or referring me to someone who would.  I'm sure he's fine at what he does, but his bedside needs work.

Luis has been doing my books for my business since 1999. He and his staff are awesome. Very honest and friendly. He has saved me so many times, I can't thank him enough.
