Amazon Pools and Spas

Absolutely amazing service! Use to go to the other store for supplies but will never go back. Girls in the store are great to deal with, very knowledgeable and always make sure to get back to us when needed. Husband is military and knows Frank, he's always been great to deal with and always honest about what he recommended.

Purchased a pool 3 years ago and just recently a hot tub. Great service. Go to get my water tested once a month or so in the summer and now go for the hot tub too. Never pushed into buying stuff I don't need or don't want. Installer know what they are doing and the store staff know their stuff!

They basically just sell pools and spas. Packages aren’t tailored to clients, you’re basically left to your own devices to get everything you need. And God help you if you need follow up service as it is non existent. They tell you they will be here at a certain time and no one EVER shows. They hardly ever answer the phone or return phone calls. Frank is a ghost. Their installation guys are the only ones keeping them afloat. Simply horrible, NOT recommended.
