All the staff have been amazing as a DIY person with a relatively small project I went to multiple stores before realizing AMA seems like to only roofing and siding supplier in Hamilton that seems to genuinely care about every customer that walks through the door. The staff understand that not everyone is a contractor, they give straight forward answers and great honest advice for products they carry and advise on where to go if they don't offer a product. I've been in multiple times and only had great experiences.

I recently purchased some trim for a siding project I am working on. After being told by three or four other suppliers that what I needed was not available for multiple weeks, I made a call to AMA. Not only were they able to get me what I needed within 48 hours of my call, they had by far the best price. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Definitely seems like they have committed themselves to putting the customer experience first. Customer service seems to be on the decline in most industries and dealing with AMA was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use their services again.

These guys are awesome. They opened on the Saturday after hurricane force winds decimated a good number of Hamilton roofs the day before. They came in on their days off and they did it with a smile. Lined up before they opened and all morning. I doubt they made much that day, as we all were picking up only a bundle or two each. Thanks AMA!

Got an eaves trough for a diy project. Even though I didn't spend a lot, they still treated me with great service. At my first visit they hadn't setup the trough maker yet. They went the length of recommending an alternative business if I was in a rush. I instead chose to wait. The colour matching was perfect, they even delivered. Definitely recommend!

The crew at AMA are awesome! Couldn't be happier with the service. I purchased aluminum facia, soffits, J-channel, eaves trough and downspouts. Good service and responsive people. I have worked with their team twice over the years to procure railing systems and they have worked diligently to figure out the precise order, and after sales support was good to resolve issues.

very courteous and helpful staff. bought roof vents and tuck tape from here. as a suggestion, please maintain a small inventory of insulated ducting. I would have avoided the big box store for my roof vent project!
