AMA - which means Loves in Spanish and Love in Italian - represents the idea that an experience should be more than the sum of its parts. The name AMA is inspired by our love for food, music, and our passion to creating lasting memories for those we love.
Chef Sebastian Gallucci has designed the menu to organically evolve with the seasons and embrace local ingredients hand picked daily. DJ/Producer Michael Mizzi has put together a selection of local and international musical talents showcasing the best in house music with liver performances daily.
