I’ve been with AMA for a while recently my insurance went up to $1249. For the year a little concerned I got another quote i signed up cancelled my policy with AMA in February they took March payment I phoned the woman acknowledged and told me accounts payable would but it back in my account middle of March. It was when I got angry she told me she would contact accounts payable and I would have my money immediately. Not so. by the way my new contract is $487. Per year

Terrible service, rarely come on time, sometimes does not show up. Customer service is useless and no help. Basically a scam.

Service is good; but there is room to improve. Neat and clean office. Sometimes long waiting period

This place is hit and miss - after multiple visits.  there is one very unfriendly and frustrating staff person - somehow keeps their job. Even though I am a member, I avoid and go elsewhere now.

If your not going to help the line up go in a office. Starring at me doesn’t make go away!
I plus note the service is nice just speed up.
