It’s a nice place, small and cozy, I love this so much. Altitude Gym in Orleans is truly a standout destination for climbing enthusiasts of all levels. Whether you’re new to bouldering or an experienced climber, this gym offers a welcoming and well-equipped space. Visitors frequently rave about the cleanliness, friendly staff, and variety of climbing routes available, from beginner-friendly walls to advanced challenges. A-MAZE-ING!!! Very nice gym, great setting, friendly staff. Excited to check out the other altitude locations, this one set a high standard. The board room is epic
Wasn't sure where to park on the South side. The entrance is not all that easy to find. Gym was clean and nice. Not a tonne of bouldering space. Really just 1 large feature wall. Workout area is great with lots of space.
As any other altitud location, this gym is great; clean, variety of boulders, multiple styles of climbing, they sell food and drinks, locker rooms, super friendly staff, and a HUMONGOUS kilter board!!!nnI enjoyed so much the extended kilterboard with the adjustable inclination. So sadI live super far from this location.
I understand that this place is shared with the rec center... But more often than not there is zero soap in the washrooms. The gym's washroom is also constantly closed. How are people supposed to wash their hands properly and then climb? nnSetting is okay, on par with the rest of the Altitude climbs. If you're tall and you love comp-style problems you'll be in the right place. Even when the walls are shorter here they somehow managed to start setting reachy, height dependent problems.
