Altitude Evanston

So my wife decided to drive from Idaho to South Carolina to surprise me. She has never met my family and wanted to be with me at my niece's wedding. On her way, she hit what looked to be a railroad spike outside of Morgan Utah just after 2am. The spike went through the rear tire and rim crippling the car. After she changed the tire she drove at a snail's pace to Evanston Wyoming. I called Altitude Evanston the next morning from South Carolina and they were able to replace the rim and tire the same day so that my wife could get back on the road to be here with me. This dealership went above and beyond to help out a complete stranger from a completely different state! I am highly contemplating that when I buy my next vehicle, making the 450 mile drive just so I can give them my business! Dave in the parts department was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us. I am eternally grateful for his help and highly recommend anyone in the Evanston area to go see him for any of your parts needs! Thank you again Altitude Evanston for making one of the most difficult traveling experiences my wife and I have ever had into a expedited and painless experience. The repair dept is great. Very helpful and courteous. Got me in with nearly no notice on a weekend.

I was coming across I-80 from Indiana to Idaho when my transfer case crapped out. I got towed to Evanston and Altitude penciled me in for the following day as the transfer case was being shipped. When it came in the following morning they got me in and out with no fuss. More than fair on price and transparent on the billable (book) hours. I plan on utilizing there services for oil changes when I pass through and I highly recommend calling them if you find yourself in a bind, with regards mechanical issues and your auto.

Easy to buy a jeep, and the dealership was patient and accommodating. Service was timely.

I like this place. If I were in the market for a JEEP i'd probably buy it here.
