Dr. Barnouti and the rest of the staff here were amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Dr Barnouti is incredible, I haven’t been able to go to the dentist in over four years, but she was not judgmental at all, happy and eager to help. She took the time to explain everything she was seeing in the X-rays and explained other things she was doing and why during the examination.she really cares about her patients and wants to see them improve.
From the front desk staff to the surgeon and assistant, the professionalism was outstanding. I had a wisdom tooth removed and although i was nervous, the process was incredibly smooth and a day later i am having very little pain or discomfort. The team here made me feel cared for, and i will gladly revisit them if need be!
Very professional and friendly staff. My Doctor is Dr Barnouti, if I could give her above 5 stars I would've. She is amazing! Passionate about her work and genuinely cares and is thorough in her explanation of treatment options. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this office and Dr Barnouti.
Dr Barnouti and hygienist Mirela are literally a dream team. Do not hesitate to book with them. I’ve always dreaded the dentist and this team is the absolute best. Dr Barnouti is the most patient, compassionate and experienced dentist I’ve had. She took the time to explain every step including walking me through X-ray results, every step of the fillings etc and never pushed unnecessary X-rays or procedures. She made me feel safe and cared for. I have TMJ so fillings can be extremely painful and uncomfortable so she planned extra time and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. After the fillings I didn’t feel any issues where as in the past I’d always have issues with unevenness etc. she’s a perfectionist. Mirela is no different. Best hygienist I’ve ever had. She also took the time to explain every step. And unlike other hygienists who sometimes come across as condescending, Mirela is the opposite. She not only explains proper techniques but also walks you through the importances and the whys. I guarantee if you book with this team you will be as impressed as I was.
What can I say- when you’ve found the best clinic you’re with them for life. This location has the best doctors, surgeons, assistants, and front desk staff. I had the honor of being a patient of Dr. Kaur, Dr. Cherkas, and consulting with Dr. Zamiri. --- I visit Dr. Kaur regularly and she is the best dentist anyone could wish for. She is positive, professional, determined, and very passionate about her craft. Her attention to detail is beyond compare and she always goes above and beyond to achieve the best results when it comes to procedures. Dr. Kaur’s positive energy lifts your spirit and she always thinks five steps ahead when it comes to planning and ensuring your perfect dental health. Her skills as a dentist are flawless and she is such a joy to be around. --- Dr. Cherkas performed a root canal treatment for me and his professionalism, dedication, positive energy, and compassion were beyond compare. He was so great at explaining to me the whole process before and during the procedure and assuring me that ‘everything is good’ and ‘on track’. This helped me immensely because I felt very safe and in good hands. I did not feel any pain at all when he was performing the procedure because his hands worked so smoothly. His dental assistant was also super helpful and great at ordering instruments in a very organized way to ensure that Dr. Cherkas had access to everything. Dr. Cherkas also took all the steps to ensure that the post-procedure healing process went smoothly. I am so thankful that Dr. Cherkas was able to find the cause and perform such a complex procedure so flawlessly. I am truly honoured for witnessing such greatness in person. --- I had the pleasure of having consultations with Dr. Zamiri. His solution-based mindset is what gave me the confidence to consider a couple of procedures with him in the future. Dr. Zamiri is very good at planning, investigating, and offering great solutions. His positive outlook and professionalism are amazing assets and I am looking forward to being his patient in the future. --- The front desk staff especially Shail is so helpful and they go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met. Shail and his team are always there to answer any questions/concerns and are a perfect combination of professionalism and charm. I am very thankful for everything that they do.
Had an amazing experience at the clinic. Dr. Kaur was very professional and was detail oriented. Bharu & Shail were highly skilled and knew what they were doing & helped me with my insurance too. Definitely recommend this place!
The service offered in this location is exceptional. From the admin, Bharu offered an excellent service while accomodating for appointments, dental procedures and insurance coverage. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Zamiri and his expertise is noticible. Dr. Zamiri was clear when walking me through the whole procedure before and during the extraction, as well as post-care instructions. Definitely coming back for my regular cleanings!
I had several crowns done by Dr. Barnouti and her colleagues. The results are outstanding and she painstakingly and patiently did everything to make sure they were just right. This is typical of the care I've always received.
I am so disappointed. They charged me first and they told me that my insurance don't cover the exam, although they had my insurance info. I expected to be informed before doing those unnecessary exams. That was my first and last visit. I am not going back to the clinic anymore.
I have been going to this clinic since 2016 when I moved to the area. Doctors, technicians and staff are very caring and go beyond their duties to do the best for you I totally recommend it....
