I had 2 pairs of pants tapered recently, and they did a fantastic job on both.  Fit perfectly.  Lida the person at the Sherway location was great.  Very friendly and kind.  Great experience !

I've had multiple articles of clothing brought to the Sherway Garden's location for tailoring and the service has been nothing short of excellent. The turnaround time is fast and the lady who works there is extremely talented and friendly. A bit expensive - but you get what you pay for!

Lida Sherway Gardens Location! Took SUCH good care of me, when I had a BUNCH of pants to be altered! I'll come back again, for sure!!

Horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Charged us $120 to let pants out. Did a hurrendous job as the pants ripped and told us it was not her fault. Overcharged and ripped off. Incompetent at her job. This was at the Sherway location.  Horrible customer service. Was not even willing to compensate us.
