Have 3 kids that went here. One kid had two infected teeth and they were unable to remove them which was fine but then they referred him to an oral surgeon and said the oral surgeon would call us to schedule. Two weeks went by and I called the oral surgeon and they never received the referral from alpine. Okay fine, it happens. Then my other son missed an appointment with pneumonia and my daughter missed an appointment because my son was having a seizure. I received a letter in the mail saying if I missed another appointment I would be charged 70 to pay for the spot which is fair and I understand. Then I call to reschedule and they are “flagged as dismissed” � guess I should have scheduled pneumonia and the seizure better.
