Got my nails done and they looked beautiful, but they all lifted and one came off within the first week, they replaced it for free, but it was the wrong nude colour oh well I thought. When I had them redone and filled, one was lifting and the gentleman peeled the nail off taking the top half of my nail with it. It still hurts He continued to shape them wrong and kept filing until I had tiny triangles on the tips of my fingers. They rescheduled an appointment for me when I called, but when I got there they argued -without even looking at my nails- that that's what I asked for. I didn't make an appointment to argue for service so I left. Disappointed they didn't even look at my nails or talk to me, immediately dismissive and unwilling to look or see. Ok place, but clearly inexperienced technicians and poor customer service and final results. Disappointed that a mother's day treat was wasted for me and I don't get to enjoy the nails I paid for. I filed them off when I got him because the points were so uncomfortable. I had immediately called after my appointment Friday and offered to come in later to accommodate their busy mother's day weekend. They asked I wait the weekend and come in Monday and I agreed.
I had a full set put on at alpha and had one fill done. When I went back for the second fill they told me they were all lifting and I needed to take them all off and get a new set. I’ve been getting my nails done on and off for 30 years and never have I ever had to replace a set of nails after one fill. I will never be coming back here. It’s too bad because I was happy with the fellow who initially gave me the new set.
My special Halloween nails. I've been to see Annie 3 times and she always does amazing work. She is an expert in her field and does wonderful designs!! She's my go to nail tech. Alpha Nails is a wonderful place with friendly and caring staff.
The nail tech, Jenny, did my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and it was the worst set I’ve ever had. She did incorrect steps of application for bio gel and didn’t let the product cure enough so they started breaking off after 3 days and because the base was my real nail, I ended up having to get extensions to fix them. I had to say to her multiple times that my nails were crooked and to fix the shape. The more I was frustrated with her service, the more she started pinching my fingers really hard and being more aggressive with my hands-even after I explained that I have arthritis and it causes me a lot of pain. The nails turned out clumpy, uneven, the polish was a mess and she didn’t want to tidy them up. Then she made me pay full price and just gave me a gift card for $10. I had to come back on my day off to fix them. I actually liked coming here and I really love all the male techs. Sad to see!

Great service, super friendly and easy to book online! Pricing was a little pricey for my taste, but nothing too crazy considering it’s a high quality nail salon. Will definitely be returning!
First time going there but the best nail salon I’ve been to. Very friendly atmosphere. Nick did an amazing job on my nails. Exactly what I was wanting. Definitely would recommend.
Attention to detail,relaxing experience. The price is only 35 dollars for a pedicure! They always do a great job.The price is a little more but the service and attention to detail is still wonderful.
