I really wish I could give them 0 or something negative than one star. Bought a car six months ago from them, that car was a junk. It was my first car & they did this to me. They're liars, hide a lot of things about car & will make fake promises. When I bought the car they said every month you drive, there will be a $150 minus from your car then you can sell this vehicle to us, whenever you want. Big fat liars. Everyone is liar Mike, Fred and every employee working there. They only sell junk cars. I spent a lot on that car I wanted keep that one at least for one year but it's only 6 months & finally get rid of that junk they give me.

Awesome experience. Fred took care of me, gave me good value on my trade in. He got me in the car I wanted with no hassles. Very pleased with my experience and will bring my business back to them. Thanks Alpha.

My sister-in-law purchased the used Nissan Altima. AC was needed to re -activate and it has written it down in the receipt when we paid out. So far the item has been fixed and every time we contacted them, the date has been delayed… so frustrating…not recommend to do any deficiencies with them…not worth it!

I had a good experience buying an used vehicle from them. They recommended a good one Kia Sportage and I had no issues within a year with that except of a battery that got dead after 3 months and they helped me paying for a new one. Thanks, Alpha Auto!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to throw your money in the garbage. These people are big scammers, they just will try to sell you the worst car ever. Their cars are not mechanically checked and they provide absolutely no warranty after their sales. Totally not worth going to them, save yourself from stress. Never buy from them.

Bought my son his very first car today from Alpha Auto and we're so pleased I don't know where to start. The price was awesome, Mike gave us a wicked deal and he even gave us 3 months warrantee free of charge. We got a 2009 Mazda CX-7 and she's a smooth and sweet ride! Mike was amazing, he answered all our questions, didn't pressure us at all and was obviously confident in the car he sold us so I feel confident we made the right choice. The paperwork took no time and Mike had an insurance rep waiting for us when we got there so we were in and out of there in no time. It couldn't have been a better experience all around and I highly recommend Alpha Auto if you're looking for a used car.

Trust me save your money. Mike is a scam artist and he knows what he’s doing. He sells faulty cars with fake promises. He’ll pretend to be there for you but once you buy the vehicle and get off the lot that’s it. Mike is a scammer and fake and a phony piece of work. Stay away from this place and go legit ANYWHERE else. I’ve heard he has a mechanic shop they partner with and both did them join together and scan customers together and it’s happend to me so please be careful from Mike .

Son bought a 2013 Kia Optima on the understanding that he would pay $4000 down payment then pay $225/month on a no interest 1 year payment plan. We went in to renew the auto insurance and was told that he still owed over $1000 to pay and that they could renew his “lease” for another 5-6 months to pay off that amount so we could renew his insurance….which is NOT was the original aggreement. When we looked at this car it was a dark and little rainy night and would only let us go ONE block around their dealership and said that it was enough. So we were unable to notice that the front passenger heated seat didn’t work, daytime running lights and the ENGINE was BURNING OIL! Today their salesman tried to convince us that all old cars burn oil which is definitely not true coz my 2005 Escape, husband’s 2007 Rondo over 400k kms and 2013 Veloster does not burn oil like this garbage Optima we bought from this dealership. They didn’t even give us the hardcopy of the bill of sale at first, just told us to take pics of their copy….should have realized then that we were dealing with a bunch of scammers. We are putting in a small claims law suit against this deceitful dealership with one of the best lawyers that deal with this kind of situation and submitting a claim with the Better Business Bureau. ***BUYER BEWARE*** DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They are a bunch of lying, dishonest and deceitful people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This auto dealer is the worst I’ve ever seen and been. They are sharks and scammers. I took my used car working perfect there to sell it. The manager took my car key to do test drive. He went and everything was fine, then he called his colleague to do another test drive. He took the car alone and left us in the dealership. After 20 minutes the guy came back and said your car is broken and it doesn’t start. That’s really strange that the car was parked 2 streets away from the dealership and parked beside the street and they said it is broken. How is it possible that the car breaks in a nice and quite place while the guy went for test drive? They took a mechanic and tested the battery and said it doesn’t have any power, while the battery was changed recently and it was new and hadn’t had any problem at all. Then straightly mechanic checked the oil gauge and there wasn’t any oil!! However the oil was changed recently and the next oil change was next month and in 4000 km. Even no oil alarm on the car. They didn’t accept the responsibility and left us with a 2 year old baby in the street under the sun for around 6 hours. I told them I gave you the car functioning really well in the dealership place, so you have to give it back to me here not beside the street, while I had an appointment with a dealership to get my new car. They bothered us a lot, broke my car and told lie to us. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM AND NEVER DO ANY DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
