Was advised 3 weeks for refurb. Called at 5 weeks was told they would definitely be done by the end of the next week and that they would call me. By the end of week 6 at 1300hrs I had not received a call. So I called in to pick them up. They hadn't started on them. I can obviously not comment on their workmanship. However their customer service needs considerable improvement - KEEP THE CUSTOMER INFORMED especially when you are late. NB. In the UK this is done as a same day service and the quality is good.

I am the owner of a 2015 C250 coupe, bought at Star Motors. Your company recommend Alloy Wheel repair in Stittsville to paint my rims. I would like you to know that I received excellent workmanship, and first class service from Mr. Dickson C. Tan who went out of his way to accommodate my tight time frame. I would strongly recommend this company for its quality and service if your customers ever need similar wheel repairs or refinishing.

I needed a bent rim straightened on my daily driver 'family-mobile', and they were able to do it the next day for me while I waited. The wheel rolls perfectly smoothly now, excellent repair and am very grateful for the quick service.

They did a fantastic job on the wheels. My problem is that it took them nearly 5 weeks to do 2 wheels and I had to keep calling to get updates. They originally said they would have them ready in 2 weeks. I can understand that they are busy during the season, but i put a lot more wear on my winters only because they weren't done on time.
