I’m extremely excited that Alliston Self Storage has officially opened for business! It’s a fresh new facility in town with all the bells and whistles Automated gate entry, heated and non-heated units, video surveillance, etc.... I have had the pleasure of dealing with The Manager during my visits and she has been nothing short of amazing. Very knowledgeable for recommendations on unit sizing, and the absolutely lovely to deal with. She also let me know that they offer 10x30 and 10x40 parking, which I wasn’t aware of. Definitely check out these guys if you’re looking for a new storage solution in town. As an added bonus they offer your 1st month free when you sign up for 3 months of storage!
We rented a 10x10 storage unit for 2 months til our house sold .. When we picked up our stuff all our boxes were chewed by mice everthing completely covered in mouse feces and the wrapping paper and stuff inside chewed and covered in feces I told the staff and nothing done or said to make me feel better about our expérience I realize mice are around but this was overwhelming and gross the amount I do not recommend this place and never use them again
I recently had a great experience with Alliston Self Storage. Their staff is extremely friendly and were able to answer any questions I had. I was pleased to see how clean the facility was and the variety of units they offer. An added bonus for me was that I could have the option to have a heated unit. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility!
I was recently looking for a facility to store furniture from my university home and Alliston Self Storage has been the perfect solution. The friendly staff first helped me find the right unit size and then facilitated a smooth moving experience. I am comforted by the video surveillance cameras and was pleased to see how clean the facility is!

I bought a trailer that was stored here by the previous owner and what a great customer service experience I’ve had and I haven’t even paid them any money! I highly highly recommend this place. The service was far above and beyond 5 stars.
Haven't used facilities yet. But visited for information. Very well staffed. Professional & friendly. Hope to contact them in October.
