Called for a quote and I was being extra nice and I got the rudest and coldest customer service in return. That was brutal and the guy even sigh over the phone because I was asking questions. Not professional and rude.

These guys are very rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand how they keep in business. No one is ever polite everytime I call, and who ever is answering the phone can’t even answer any of my questions properly without giving me attitude. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE if you want quality service and rentals!! STAY AWAY!

Love renting from this location. Used them twice in the last 3 weeks for folding chairs. Great service and convenient location.

Very rude and crusty person to deal with on the phone. And everything has to be dealt with on the phone which means there is no email trail and we had a few misunderstandings because of this. Will never use this company again.

Worst costumer service on the phone ever. I asked how much was the total of my order and this guy just say he has to many things to do for this weekend so he gave me prices of each thing and do the math.
