Terrible service. I had Jack Clark install a sump pump a year ago. It broke down recently as the float was not switching the pump on. For 2 weeks I haven't been able to reach Alliance head office or get a response from Jack to make an appointment. I went with a different company in town who showed up the same day I called them and fixed it within 10 minutes. Alliance was pathetic. Beware.

I had the Alliance team in for an entire house Renovation, Reworked the kitchen, full rough in and finish for a bathroom upstairs and in the basement and also moved the washer and dryer to the second floor. It was very overwhelming all the work to be done. Jack and his team got the job done quickly and efficiently. The left the job clean and most importantly done right. I have no problem recommending these guys and I will use them again.
