Bought my prom dress here today and had an amazing experience. They have the prom dresses in the lower level with fitting rooms and pedestals to look at your dress on. There were a few other girls trying dresses at the same time and it didn’t feel too crowded or busy. So many different dress options with a range of prices and styles. I was so impressed by the sizing options and didn’t have to worry about sizes at all during my appointment, rare for a plus sized girl. Lila helped me try a few dresses and she seemed very invested ans was super kind and helpful. Overall it’s a more self-directed experience which I loved. I found the perfect dress right away and I am so excited to wear it. Amazing experience, 10/10 will recommend to everyone!
Last year the service would have been a 5 star. The person who was working the prom area this year was not very good at her job. She hung a few dresses up to get the fitting room started and that was pretty much it. I found the tools and adjusted the dresss so my daughter could have a better idea of the potential looked. When my daughter picked a dress which if it was not for how she feel in love with it, I would have left it there it was my daughter's friend who asked if she wanted the sign and to take a picture with it. This happened while the employee just stared at her. It was extremely awkward. There was no mention of alteration vendors or options, yes I know the receipt provides the info. And at that time there was still availability.
Third time I buy a dress there and third time they want to order 2 sizes bigger. Very frustrating to receive a dress too big. We always have to argue to receive the correct size. My prom dress was way too big, my bridesmaid dress same and this last one we argued and finally they agreed to order the size that I tried on that fit loosely, they wanted to order a size bigger, and it is still too big. Beware on the sizing, seems they want to order bigger to get us to alter it there but then they tell you to go somewhere else because they don’t have time for alterations
Bought my Mother-of-the-Groom dress at Alliance Bridal, my daughter-in-law's gown and my Mother-in-law's outfit as well. From the first appt I was stunned at the enormous selection. I am a short, size 16, and wanted a long gown in navy blue. They pulled about a dozen dresses for me to try. We settled on a beautiful beaded bodice, flowing georgette dress. We were very early so the 5 month wait was no issue. I picked up the dress and decided to have the hemming done closer to home. Then Covid..... the wedding was postponed. Meanwhile, I lost weight. A lot of weight. About 6 months before the wedding I took the dress to several alterationists. One would not attempt it at all. Too difficult with all the beading. The others said it would have to be nearly 'rebuilt' and the cost would be very high. I was so upset. I made the decision to purchase another dress and sell the original. I called Alliance to inquire. They suggested I head out immediately to get measured for a new dress and they asked me to bring the original dress. At that point I measured between size 8 and size 10. I tried on the original. They agreed it would be a ton of work to adjust the 16 down to fit me. The called the manufacturer to inquire if my dress was still available. They suggested a rush order. I was then presented with the bill. I was expecting to pay for a new dress, size 10, plus the fee for the rush order. I was asked to pay only for the rush fee. They said they could easily sell my original dress I had never removed the tags and kept it hanging in the bag except to try on and were willing to exchange for the new dress. I was stunned! Relieved! Emotional. The new dress came it quite quickly and I had it hemmed locally. I cannot thank Ginette and Kim enough. I was not expecting them to allow an exchange but that's exactly what they did. The dress was a perfect fit and I felt lovely. I frequently recommend Alliance; amazing selection and exceptional customer service - well worth the drive.
Amazing experience at Aliance Bridal and prom. Erica is so good at making a hard decision a little bit easier. So many dresses to choose from and they really don't rush you and you just leave with the happiest 17 year old I have ever seen.. Wish I had of gone to Aliance first instead of the other horrible experiences we had!! Thank you so much..
Alliance bridal. A place where you feel at home. Where they make sure you get exactly what you came for and don't rest until they pick your perfect dress. We were instantly treated as family and my mother is recovering from stage four cancer and got very winded and needed to sit on the floor and the woman working with us offered her water, to walk her out to the car and just comforting friendly words of her own experiences with cancer. I truly am so happy I went to alliance, I will be going back for my bridesmaids dresses as well as any dress needed in the future. Thank you alliance for making my dreams come true This isn't the dress I chose of course but I figured I'd add this picture to show how truly comfortable we felt there
I had the most amazing experience here. They have so much selection, the person helping me knew exactly what to pull. She was so kind, not pushy and really supportive. This was my third time going to a different boutique and we all were so impressed with the services and kept talking about it after we left. The vibes here were really chill and I never felt overwhelmed. I'm so happy I found my dress here and it's truly all thanks to them!!
I bought my prom dress here years ago and decided to come back for my wedding dress. I always had a great service even with the covid-19 craziness! The selection is incredible and they are very knowledgable. The seamstress also did a fantastic job and was so happy with the result! I highly recommend getting your dress here :
Alliance Bridals helped me find my dream dress, because I am very petite I had a hard time selecting ones that I loved ..Alliance ladies were there every step of the way from fashion advice to emotional support. They made everything easy going. I also got my dress altered there and I could not have been more happy with everything. I definitely recommend anyone to shop at Alliance, they have a great selection !
