I HIGHLY recommend Allegan True Value for any of your hardware needs! The owners are very helpful, kind, and generous. All of the employees are very knowledgable and helpful. They work hard to make sure you get exactly what you need to complete your project or repair. Don't go to the big box stores- support local - and go to Allegan True Value! They will make sure you get better quality and exactly what you need!
I came in to buy a gas line for my edger. The length was too short. Its about 10 minutes until closing and I call. I tell him I have the money but I'll be running about 5 minutes after closing. The employee bought the gas line and set it outside for me. I don't know if it was so he could go but he put it in a nice package with a note so whatever the reason I get to do my job tonight because of his little act of kindness. Good job True Value. I forgot his name but he deserves a raise. Lol.

Amazing service at a reasonable price. They were able to help me make a duplicate key for a work vehicle and worked with me to make sure it worked! Can’t say enough good things about them!
Normally I have a good experience here and I’ve even received assistance before, however, I went to drop off my packages, as per what my email directions stated and the woman named Kelly was extremely rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain what the email stated. She stated she don’t care what the email tells me to do and SHES telling me what to do! I was literally in there for less then 30 seconds. She’s Very rude and unprofessional and should not be working customer service if she can’t be kind and listen to customers.
