We specialize in melt in your mouth Pulled Pork, fall apart tender juicy Brisket, and homemade sausages. Now set up for lunch Wed - Fri 10:30-2pm(unless we sell out first!)

Story

Ask about having us cater your party or office lunch. We can do parties/events anywhere from 25, to 2400 being our biggest event so far. We have special rates for anything over 100. Keep an eye on our calendar for all our special events, fairs, and festivals we'll be at.

It took me a while to get over there, but I am glad I finally made it over. I had the brisket sandwich and pulled pork nachos...both of them were amazing...the sauces were delicious and complimented the meats perfectly, with man-size portions we practically got enough for dinner tonight. Definitely going there again.
I was really impressed with everything I got. The chicken sausage was very good and I really enjoyed the beans. I tried a few of the sauces and they were all enjoyable. I like the hot BBQ and the tangy mustard. I'll definitely be back to try other meals.
Some of the best barbeque I've found since leaving Florida, and the only mustard sauce. Staff are very friendly and attentive, definitely the best choice in Medford for barbeque.
OMG! First time today and had the pulled pork and a brisket in sandwiches, both were awesome. Went with the mix of sweet and spicy sauce and sides of Mac & cheese. This will now be a regular spot we get take out from, super tasty!
Tried the BHO sandwich, spicy sauce and it did not disappoint!!! Tender brisket with juicy sausage!

First visit. Got a rack of St.Louis style ribsspecial and a brisket plate with the house made German sausage, baked beans and coleslaw. All of it was flawlessly executed. Will return. Great Job
Chris allowed us to be Ginny pigs and treated us with a sample of one his 1st briskets from his new BBQ mansion trailer and he nailed it. It was by far the best pulled pork we have ever had. You need to go check him and his new setup out……YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!
