Derek is very talented and versatile. He is outstanding at communication. He will keep you informed every step of the way and provide suggestions on work but not push the work either. He has done everything from remodeling, small repair jobs, to selling a condo for me. Not many people can wear so many hats. He is a good problem solver at working through complex situations. His knowledge of house flipping just adds another special skill.

He not only helped me navigate the sometimes hectic work of staging a home and making sure everything is best-suited for sale, he gave my home a pre-inspection to help me figure out the costs I might incur during the sales and closing process. Extremely knowledgeable on all facets of real estate, contractor work, and the "who's who" to contact for all sorts of property management- and real estate-related work, Derek is the guy you should consider. I've known and worked with Derek for about 5 years. I've seen many of his projects both before and after he's done with them and can honestly say that he does beautiful work. Time and again I've been impressed with what he can do to a space. He's very honest, knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

We hired Derek's All Services Property Mgmt to repaint our southside two story on Samish Hill. The two-man crew was professional and capable. Derek is customer-oriented and responsive. The price was fair for a job that took about two weeks (with a little rain delay) and was done on time. We would hire Derek and ASPM again.
