Found the owner to be rude when I called asking for directions. When I did arrive at the store my impression didn't improve. Helpful apprentice, but owner lacks customer service. They said they could cut the key I needed but then weren't able too.

I called Blackcomb Lock and Key and a few other places as I needed several locks changed. Jeff was able to come same day and did great work at a very reasonable price, he fixed a few strike plates that were misaligned in the process. Very responsive, communicative, and careful with the property. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.
