All In One Painting

Being an out of state landlord I found this company on Google Maps...without a review or rating, so I feel like it's my responsibility to leave one; I initiated contact in June, and after 2 no-shows finally got a bid for work in July. After giving the go-ahead to do work ASAP, Michael said he was going to wait for a rainy day since it was a small job. Fast-forward to the middle of October, work was still not done. Now my tenant has moved out, and based on his recommendation, we expanded the scope of work to paint entire interior. Being out of state I checked in on progress following the first day of work, was told all was going well, and that I needed to immediately deposit money into bank account. As this was not discussed, and I had no invoice to reference, I was uncomfortable with this and expressed this to Michael. He insisted I immediately go do this and pressured me with personal and financial hardships. After doing walk-through I noticed some of the agreed upon work was not done but just to be done with it, I paid in full. Afterwards I noticed 2 closet doors that were painted were sticking and rubbing due to paint, when I asked if he could fix, he bluntly said "NO". Other than the 2 closet doors, the paint job was acceptable, but due to the absent sense of urgency, unprofessional & erratic behavior, and complete lack of customer service, I recommend you take your business elsewhere, where it is appreciated.
