Grossly incompetent. I discovered dozens of errors in the cheque log and ledgers. A discrepancy of 6 figures between the bank balance and the financial reports. When I brought them to the owners attention, her response was "So what do you want to do about it?". No surprise that the errors were made. No apology. No offer to correct the mistakes. I have had to contract another accounting firm to re-enter all transactions for the past 10 months from source documents. I am willing to share proof.
The girls at Align are always quick to answer my questions and handle my tax return professionally. They are so great to work with, I recommend them to anyone needing accounting services!
I would give more stars if I could! Breanne and her team have done my taxes for years now and are my go to with anything accounting. I am grateful to have found such honest people to help me!
