We were driving through and ordered out. This place looked cool, the food was really good, the pizza is enough for 1 adult, and the poppers were excellent. The restaurant itself looked like a great atmosphere, the backyard almost made me stay. Next time we drive through we probably will dine in.
Food 10/10 Server 2/10 If you mix a restaurant and a prison together this would be it. The food is amazing but the servers are like prison guards. They have the emotional intellect of Charles Manson and the helpfulness of of a tow truck with flat tires. I would absolutely come here again to eat and feel like an inconvenience.
My son and I drove through Laramie and two students recommended Alibi for lunch. We got two BLTA's that we brought with us. They were fantastic when we ate them a little later. When ordering the sandwiches we saw these huge croissants, I had to have a cinnamon, my son a chocolate which we enjoyed there with coffee as we were waiting for the sandwiches. Best croissants I've had this side of the Atlantic! Highly recommended!
Delicious pizza!! Sauce was superb and I wish I lived closer because I would be here often. Came the week of their vacation, so missed the bakery items. Will return if I am ever in Laramie again.
Best pain aux chocolats in the Rockies. No questions, I am from the Land of Pain aux chocolats. Double chocolats barre, rolled in two part perfectly joined rolled under. Beautiful definition on the layer, the flakiness is fantastic. Dang that was solid. The coffee was super good. Service super nice and gentle and carrying. The place is super cool and friendly with a great outdoor patio. Such a gems in Laramie.
The pizza we had was excellent; recommended to us by Jenny, one of the pizza cooks! Surprisingly, she was the nicest person there. Side note to the server and bartender working: with an open kitchen concept, be nice to your cooks! Everyone can see your hostile attitude, it’s not a good look.
Their pizza is amazing. The crust has a nice chewy texture and the sauce is super flavorful. They have some unique pizza options you're not going to see anywhere else. The caprese salad and jalapeño popper appetizer we very good as well. Will definitely be back.Food: 5/5
The fun guy pizza was really tasty, the veggie pizza not so much. I order these two pizzas and a salad for take out. By the time I got home 6 minutes later to eat the crust of the veggie was so soggy it was stuck to the box making anything but the crust inedible. It looked like it would have been good but I couldn’t eat it to find out. The fun guy was very garlicky and good. The kale Caesar was good as well. Maybe dining in is a better experience.
Only bakery in town. Owners know their way around sourdough. I guess I could describe the pizza as Neapolitan style. Good enough to eat it only for the bread. Consistently my favorite wood fired pizza ever. If you’re looking for New York style, something towered with toppings, this isn’t the place.
Menu looked promising. However, when we got our pizzas they weren't anything like we had anticipated. 10" individual pizzas. Everyone at the table got something different. All 4 had major crust issues. It was so thin under the topping that when you picked the slice up the topping stayed on the plate with the super soggy, super thin crust. The perimeter crust was as thick and large as a baguette loaf so toppings were lminimal at best. The flavor was good with the toppings I had but the other 3 in the party had to scrape their topping off the soggy crust just to eat their meals. Looked to be a whole wheat crust so my best educated guess is it got over worked before cooking. Either eay, I would not eat here again at 75 bucks for 4 drinks and 4 poorly fabricated pizzas. Hard pass for me. It's a shame too because the menu looked outstanding!
