Amazing gelato with even more incredible staff! There was so many different flavours, even with staff recommendations it was hard to choose. Absolutely no regrets getting the strawberry though! My new favourite place for a nice, cool treat on a hot summer day!
This is a great spot to enjoy delicious coffee, gelato, and cookies. We had the pleasure of trying the chocolate oat cookies and they were truly exceptional. The coffee was also very enjoyable, and the location is lovely. We even had the opportunity to chat with the person who baked the cookies, and she provided us with a wealth of information about the various types of cookies available. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Finally found gluten free waffle cones!!!! Super yummy gelato, great service and did I mention GLUTEN FREE cone?

Amazing service!!!! Alia was extremely kind to me and my son and made sure that we got the best service possible! Highly recommend for a quick piece of desert or simply for the environment. Very friendly environment for anyone visiting Burlington!!!
I tried the caramel latte flavour and it was delicious!! The kinder bueno flavour is also just perfect!!! Will definitely be back
We dropped in here after dinner next door. My 8 year old wanted the coffee crisp ice cream. She has allergies to hazelnut, pistachio and sesame. I asked as I do at every eatery if there were any of these ingredients in her choice I was met with an assured absolutely not response by the cashier A few minutes after starting her ice cream of course my daughter starts to feel funny like she does when she gets an exposure. Specifically she has tongue swelling, difficulty breathing and vomits in bad reactions but usually more mild symptoms like tongue tingling and slight wheezing I go back in and inquire again about the allergies They break out the ingredients book and low and behold Hazelnut Not as in it may have had contact with or in made in the same facility but instead it is a direct ingredient So I asked them to ensure that what we bought wasn’t something my daughter is allergic to, they said it wasn’t out of sheer carelessness and could have literally killed her Take it more seriously when someone asks such a question and don’t diminish the impact of your laziness in the answer If I could give 0 stars I would

This was a good find on Burlington. The service was great. The espresso drinks were great! The gelato was good too. However, the gelato portions are tiny and expensive. This is likely due to it being in the middle of a very quiet city with zero competition. If you are in town and in the mood for gelato, definitely recommend it.
My family and I visited Alia’s Gelato around 8 pm. Good line ups outside which means repeat customers.Nice selections. Most popular ones were almost gone. Kids tried four different flavours. Quantity is very very small for the price. Tasty gelato though.
