Terrible. FARHILA KHAN is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered. She was so rude when we were inquiring about home insurance. She demanded to know how much we paid to our current insurance company, which was NOT needed for any insurance. She wanted other information which had nothing to do with home insurance, just a way to SCAM us into paying more as possible.  STAY AWAY! Found a new insurance company. Ali was also very rude when dealing with a claim, yelled at me over something that was not in my control.

Ali is the best, always ready to help.
