This was a major highlight on our trip to Northern Ontario. What an extraordinary major find! The food was delicious and high quality. The service was super friendly and very quick. The washroom was clean. The front garden and patio was delightful. Highest recommendations! Don’t miss out on the home cut French fries and the club house rivals that of the very best country clubs. We will definitely be back .
My wife and I stumbled upon this bustling cafe on our drive back to the city from a weekend camping in Algonquin National Park. Very well rated cafe which did not disappoint in the slightest. Extremely friendly and professional staff with a warm small town vibe. We both ordered the brisket sandwiches which were absolutely delicious! Portions were enormous which I personally appreciated and left us more than satisfied for the rest of the day. Perhaps the only criticism we had was the lack of seating but that’s a small price to pay for a busy and bustling Sunday afternoon at cafe like this. Although it was rainy this day, they do offer outdoor dining under a sheltered area which some patrons appeared to enjoy. Great stuff!
Stopped by here for some breakfast on our visit to Huntsville and it was a delight. The servers were super friendly, food was great and prices were awesome for the area. The pancakes were so fluffy and yummy like those pillowy Japanese pancakes. We'll definitely eat here again if we're in the area.
This is my 1st time here. Not really knowing what to expect and having millions of viewers, I dont give 5 stars often. I was impressed that when I asked what the signature food was, I was steered to the Smoked Brisket. 15 hrs, themselves preparing it. I didn't go with sauce as a good Brisket should not be dry or need it. Im glad I followed my training, it was amazing. Pulled apart and moist. The bun was heated, asked what garnishes I wanted. I did get a full order of fries with gravy. Gravy salty for my taste, but I didn't know I was getting fresh-cut fries. Total bonus. I was the only one there. Served under 10 mins. Plenty of meat, fries, and gravy. Totally stuffed! Overall, good first impression.
Sorry for the after picture, but it was just delicious. Small cozy place to have a great breakfast. It is worth the stop!!!
