Nothing but bad experiences with either drivers or calling in. Called today and said they weren’t expecting a driver until 5pm and I called at noon.. ridiculous! Also the drivers never follow directions when I give them special delivery instructions. A delivery girl with big ear holes lost her temper in front of my house one time because no one answered the front door when I explicitly told them to go through the side gate and knock on the door there as I was a tenant living in a far room and would not hear the door. This place is terrible and I will never order here ever again. Pure disappointment and I’ve had enough.
Alfy’s— a pizza/mini arcade restaurant chain which we all know and….. well, I wouldn’t say love. It’s just, well, standard. Every now and then I do crave Alfy’s, their pricing is more or less affordable and sometimes I crave stereotypical american restaurant food. The food’s actually not half bad, but not five-star. Multiple reviews complain about poor service. Alfy’s *can* have wait times a bit longer than promised or so-called “rude” staff but I can assure after many visits stretched across multiple years that nothing is outrageous. You must understand that most of the staff are teenagers or young adults, likely overworked and juggling education, personal responsibilities, and a job. I wouldn’t blame them for delivering a shorter or rougher answer then you expected at 9:30pm on a weekday evening. For children this place is great. They have a pool table, half-broken Xboxes, arcade machines, pinball, claw machines, candy dispensers, and host birthday parties. Overall, a decent experience. Can make a few enjoyable nights with family or memorable parties who’s gaps in excitement are bridged with some pizza.
My family and I decided to go to Alfys for lunch. The whole reason we chose Alfys was for the salad bar. When we go to the restaurant we found out the salad bar is not in service. The gentleman working the counter was rude when asked about the salad bar. Apparently it has been out of service for awhile and he r I didn't expect it to be back in service till fall.
My time the was greeted by a smile and a hello and how is your day going . I don't get that at many places any more . The food was amazing and the deals they have going right now are grate as well. I notice they are doing something to the banquet room that use to have a pool table and some other game in it. The Chicken Fettuccini was perfect and the pizza superb for me and my family . I think it was a grate visit. I like the 50% off before 2pm on pizza it's a good touch . But after 2pm there are some grate deals as well. I would recommend this Alfy's to some one who loves Pasta , Pizza and Salad .

Too expensive for the quality of the product. Also, their delivery time is beyond rediculous. Constantly quoted 1 hour delivery times no matter the time or day and too often deliver time is between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. By that time dinner has passed. Not worth the time, hassle or money. Go somewhere else for a better experience.
Always love grabbing pizza from Alfy's whenever I'm up in Granite Falls. Their pizza is always a crowd pleaser with my kids. Usually get it to go and let kids play at the park, but nothing beats this pizza when you get it fresh from the oven.
Called at 330 told a 45 delivery time then I called at 5 to find out the pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. Canceled due to poor customer service
Idc about the service or how clean the restaurant is, IDC. THEY GOT CHEESE DOWN 100% I love u alfys
Always pleasant on the phone. Same when I walk in to get pizza. I think the their pizza prices raise on Mondays when it's a Buy 1, Get 1... not really a BOGO when you sell have to shell out $30.00 for a large. Other than that, pizza is good.
