Found the business on eBay. Emailed with a question regarding a product. No response. His post said they don't work weekends but would respond to questions within a business day. No problem. I wait 3 business days, no response. I contact them on the phone and ask the same question, to which the guy responds "Oh yeah, you sent us an email from eBay," then proceeds to rudely dismiss my question. Hope walk-in business in Anita, Wisconsin is bountiful because his customer service was embarrassing.
