I went into Alexanian today looking for an unusual thing. I was looking for a packaging tube. One that the carpet would be delivered on. I need a long tube for shipping. The salesperson was very helpful and gave me one! Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. A very good member of the community. Thank you for your help. I will return!
We had carpets and baseboards installed today in two rooms. The installers Eman and Hassan were so professional and pleasant. Our house is 110 years old so needless to say the walls were not all level. Eman took the extra time installing the baseboards to make sure they were perfect! We couldn't be happier! Our experience right from walking in the store and meeting Mario to having the instal was great! Definitely would recommend Alexanians!
Sales experience was less than stellar, and final amount charged was significantly more than the vague quotes given previously. Was specifically taken advantage of due to my situation. To be clear: The flooring itself was great.
Great experience having my floors replaced by the Leaside Alexanian team. The manager, John, was a pleasure to work with as we crafted the project and the installation team, led by Lenny, were quick, professional and did a fantastic job with the install. Highly recommend using John and his team!
Placed an order for flooring. Quality of flooring itself is great, however was not pleased with the communication with John. I ended up having to contact the manufacturer to gather more detailed information about my delayed order, despite being told that John would keep us in the loop. He did not. When I gently and politely expressed my frustrations, John was defensive towards my comments and claimed he did nothing wrong instead of listening to my concerns. We had also been directed to this type of flooring when in the store and told that this brand was never back ordered. In speaking with the manufacturer we were told this flooring is always on back order. Clearly we received incorrect information in store, causing delays for our renovations. Disappointed with the lack of customer service and rude tone over the phone. Reached out to the company customer service portal and heard nothing back. Ended up picking up our order from the manufacturer instead of the Leaside store. Won’t be shopping here again.
Hey there, i'm writing this review to thank Joe for helping us find the Agra carpet for our home, we purchases 3 sizes of the same rug and they are honestly VERY beautiful! Thanks a lot for your help in choosing the best rug for our home.
We had wood floors and window shutters installed this week, in our condo. We love them! We feel like we live in a new place. Every person we dealt with in this entire process was professional, friendly, knowledgable and truly cared about making sure things were done right. Thank you to Hank for helping us pick the wood for the floors and for placing the order for the floors and windows. Thank you to the installation teams who installed our floors and windows. They are perfect! Re pricing - we compared with other places and Alexanian was the same or cheaper with better quality and could install sooner. We're glad we decided to go with them!
We worked with Steve for the purchase and measuring for our carpet. He was helpful, knowledgeable and genuine and his kind manner made us feel reassured that we were in good hands. For Installation, Lenny helped to arrange our time and was easy to communicate with. The 2 young men that did the installation were friendly and we were very happy with the job that they did for us. Thanks guys!
I just had my whole house re-carpeted by Alexanian and have to say it was a terrific experience from start to finish. The saleman was very knowledgeable and helped with carpet selection. He ensured that some technical issues in my house were addressed up front with the installers. The whole process was handled professionally and in a very helpful manner. The guys who did the actual installation did a marvellous job .. they were wizards with handling technical problems in my house and today Luciano came back to solve a problem in my bedroom which occurred due to problems with uneven floor and new baseboards not sitting tightly to the carpet. Now it is all perfect and I am very pleased with how my house has been refreshed. Thank you!
It was a pleasure to be assisted by such experienced & helpful staff. Having worked myself in the curtain & carpet industry in Australia for 22 years, l was impressed by Ian, the sales rep, Kevin the carpet layer & Lenny the workroom manager. Well done everyone, l will recommend your service highly to everyone that admires my beautiful carpet.
