We had a great experience purchasing our carpet from Alexanian. Adel provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job coordinating everything. Would definitely go back for future flooring needs.
Unimpressed. The sales agent didn't know the stock, went to the computer to look up product information then when two other clients walked in he jumped at them and disregarded us. He spent ten minutes glad handing them and ignored the fact that he hadn't finished with us. I'm happier to go elsewhere.

NO IN A GOOD WAY , 4 HOURS LATE AND WOULD NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THE JOB , HORRABLE SERVICE , WOULD NOT RECOMMAND .I PICKED THEM BECAUS EOF THE REFERRALS AND REVEIWS , BUT HONESTLY I RECOMMAND FOR PEOPLE TO GO ELESE WHERE , THERE WAS LOTS OF OPTIONS AND I CHOOSE THE WRONT COMPANY , DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE , WRONG CHOICE
I don't like doing reviews , but I have to advise people , do not use this company . four hours late and what a mess they left behind, very disappointed
Highly recommend Alexanian! Ended up heading over here after a horrendous experience at End of the roll rude manager, and had a way better customer service experience here. I highly recommend them for flooring.
