I had an amazing experience with Alexandra. The place was quiet and cozy, and I loved that it was a one-on-one experience, which made me feel very comfortable. Alexandra was not only extremely kind and professional but also very flexible and understanding. She always did her best to accommodate my schedule, and even went out of her way to help me out when I had a trip coming up and couldn't find a spot for a hot manicure and pedicure.
