There was a previous sign that said it would take 24 to 48 hours to have a scrip filled… now they have a sign that says “all refill requests require 7 days notice,” as well as requiring an additional “24 hours after receiving it from the doctor to fill it out.” This is not how you support your community. At any other pharmacy in British Columbia it takes an hour or two at the most to receive your prescription. It feels unsafe and unacceptable to not be able to receive a prescription in a timely manner.
