Alex Wilkinson Real Estate Services Central Alberta

Alex helped us find our one of a kind dream property five years ago and we have been making family memories there ever since. He knows the Central Alberta real estate market very well, but just as importantly, he makes looking at houses a lot of fun. Even though we are not actively looking for a property now, we call Alex a few times a year to look at interesting listings and he always makes it an enjoyable experience. We will definitely continue using Alex for our real estate needs.

I have used Alex now for a few years. He is always willing and eager to help out when I need appraisals done, to sell a home or to look at something I have found. He is not pushy however is helpful when your looking for advise. Currently have two homes listed through Alex, he has done several open houses for me. We just sold a house for full list with 17 day possession conditions removed. With how slow things are right now, that's something worth talking about!

We have know Alex for several years and he is a terrific friend and realtor. We sold/bought with him 8 years ago and have enlisted his assistance on a few occasions since then when we were thinking about moving. Alex is always very helpful, knowledgeable about the market and is available on very short notice when you need him. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex if you are thinking about buying/selling your home!

I've used Alex twice in the last 6 years, once to purchase my first house, he found the best house within my budget for me, helped me through the purchasing process (which I knew nothing about), and took care of everything I needed. For my sale this year he was great, in a tough economy he sold my house, we worked together to get lots of showings, and when it sold he took care of everything. He also can do things over long distance - I've moved 3 hours away and to sell my house we signed everything over DocuSign online so I didn't have to drive 3 hours to get things done. Alex has been awesome, I highly recommend him.

Alex is a really great realtor! I have worked with him for a while now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of my customers. He is kind, genuine and an all around good guy!
