I love this park! It's the only way to do a dog park safely. Wide open spaces, water,...

Great little on leash dog park nestled downtown. It is quite small so be aware. There's a water feature that's pretty cool, lots of trees, tables and a decent view.
I’m new to Edmonton and I’m totally new to having my own dog. So I must say even though I had to travel 20min by car to this dog park I made sure it was a fun day for me and my dog and it really turned out to be that way and I can’t wait to go back so that my dog can be better socially. So please if you go be aware it’s a small area just need to plan your day. Have fun
Awesome off leash dog park right in the heart of downtown! Lots of friendly dogs for your pup to play with. My only improvements would be to have some tap water at the fence for the dogs and some de-icing maintenance in the winter time. Other than that it’s perfect!
Great green space in downtown. There is such a shortage of park area downtown it’s nice to have this open place. It includes a dog park so it’s good for those who have a dog. There is lots of seating and small fountain. It’s named after the first idigenous police officer in Canada and was also a famous long distance runner. I’ve been to this park a few times and have always enjoyed it.
It's an ok park: a small enclosure with turf and no trees. It's a good space to socialize without distractions. I think its great there's an off-leash park right downtown and my puppy had a good play session this morning.
Downtown's jewel, sunshine sanctuary, direct sunlight throughout the day, refugium for citizens & visitors alike, YEGs residential towers & historic 104 St. the backdrop. Children, take your parents for a walk & sit them on or against the playful arranged Lego-inspired seating arrays, geometrically aligned for optimum sun rays exposure. Grass areas invite to that o'so simple luxury of enjoying a urban park 104 St. style. mondane, funky, welcoming. Center stage of the small-footprint Alex Decoteau Park is a red curved statue, eastwards facing with flattering shaped arms signalling welcome to park guests
It's OK for an unleashed dog park in downtown... but is too small. The city should make st least 3 more of that size in different parts of Downtown and Oliver area.
Such a cozy little urban park. My favourite part is the fountains which you can press a button for to turn them on! Oh and there’s a fenced off dog park so there’s always lots of cute puppies
Beautiful spot in downtown. Lots of seating, a community garden, and an awesome fenced off-leash area for all the urban dogs!
‘Shitty’ park. Come on city you can do better. Also the laches were broken.
