My husband and I came here to purchase some couches, our sales man wasn't pushy and was helpful in answering all of our questions. The price was right for us! The quality was nice. We ended up getting a sofa and love seat, they were delivered to us when they said they would be and wrapped very nicely in cardboard and plastic wrap. We are extremely happy with our entire experience at Aldergrove Furniture Warehouse. Our couches are perfect, here's hoping we are still happy with our purchase a few years from now!

We bought Homelegance top grain leather match recliners, coffee table and dining table set from this store. 

Baldeep Gill - the owner was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. 

Delivery and setup was on time and hassle free. Prices were reasonable.

Although we had a situataion there but they fixed it . The furniture is great and worth driving all the way from Burnaby to there and the prices are good too plus they deliver . Thank you

Terrible Experience! I purchased couches and had a delivery date set. The day before the delivery I was called and informed the couches were lost in the warehouse and they would send them to me next week. They next week they sent me the wrong couches. When I told them they were the wrong couches they told me I was mistaken. Luckily, I took a photo of the couches I purchased and showed them they weren't the same. I was then informed they must have sold the last set before the delivery date. Terrible.

Drove all the way to Aldergrove because I heard they have good prices. I got there and the guy at the counter couldn't even be bothered to get off his chair and come greet a customer. 

Went up to him and enquired about a few things. Got a couple of one-word replies and that's it. I looked around the store and might have actually been interested in a few pieces except there wasn't anyone to help me regarding prices, delivery, etc. The guy was just sat there looking half asleep and disinterested. I literally walked across the showroom a couple of times to ask some questions but the customer service or lack thereof completely put me off from purchasing anything so I eventually just left. Waste of time. 

Would give 0 out of 5 stars if I had the option. Don't waste your time.
