Best gym I've been to. Been a member a lot of different conventional gyms and CrossFit gyms, alchemy is hands down the best. Great staff, great programming, coaches are very knowledgeable and clearly love coaching. Also there are a number of events they put on every year that are extremely well done. Couldn't be happier with my membership.
Great place to workout! Super supportive environment for all skill levels, and plenty of opportunities to gain strength and confidence through the guided workouts. The coaches are supportive with guidance on building your capacity and understanding the exercises to avoid injury. Try it out, you'll love it!
Awesome experience at Alchemy since joining late last year. Has made going to back to the gym enjoyable. This place is led by some great people including the coaches, admin staff and owners. I highly recommended this experience for those looking for a change and some motivation.

I have recently joined Alchemy Hamilton and am absolutely loving the overall experience. The space is awesome, there's always 2 coaches per class so I feel really supported especially because a lot of the movements are new to me and the sense of community is very welcoming! I was at first hesitant to join, I haven't done cross fit before, but very happy I did, and I would encourage anyone else to as well! At minimum ask for a trial class to see if it would work for you.
So impressed with this place! Just started in Oct after my other gym closed. Was really apprehensive given how much I loved my previous gym but I have been more than happy with the coaches, facilities, communication, community and general feel of this place! Client safety is their number one priority during these times. They are doing a great job with the online workout options and follow up by a dedicated coach. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to achieve their fitness goals!
Awesome classes that challenge you! Coaches are terrific in making sure you perform the moves well and give modifications to scale down when the move isn't feeling great. They have regular challenges to join, a fun atmosphere, and a tiny edge of competitive spirit which pushes you to greatness. I've hit PRs on all my Olympic lifting, rehabbed tendonitis, and dropped 12lbs since I started. Highly recommend in Hamilton and Brantford.
Absolutely amazing CrossFit gym. This was the first gym I ever went to for CrossFit and I haven’t been able to find a comparable place since moving out of Hamilton - I still come back when I can! The coaches are amazing and so is the community. Made me feel really comfortable being brand new to the sport and made me fall in love with it! I love that they focus on safety and technique first and always offer scaled alternatives for injuries and all skill levels. Would recommend to anyone!
This is an amazing CrossFit Studio. Before I went to this gym I was new to CrossFit I worked out and would consider myself quite athletic. I found the workouts to be efficient 1hr extremely challenging and a fun time. I mainly trained with one of the trainers named Kyle. Kyle was insightful, friendly and able to push me to my limits. I would recommend Alchemy CrossFit to anyone!
Great vibe, amazing support from instructors and team members, even if it's your first class. They deliver on their word. Sweat out back is exactly what you're going to get. 1000 step-ups with a partner, pushs you mentally not just physically. Can't get enough of it. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone.
