If we have a choice, we would give it no star. ATB recently marketing is "Powering Possibility". Well this branch demonstrates "Not Possible". David Kinimonth knows nothing about mortgages and credit lending. Poor customer service and even Branch manager Joanne Morgan-Smith has no customer service or empathy. We finally got our mortgage with TD Bank. Also not sure why they would have Justine Shoemaker as ATB mortgage specialist and when we emailed her, she didn't even response to the email until after the removal of conditions of the real estate transaction.
Finally after all the Changes at the Branch A new POSITIVE face BRAD with a smile and Customer FOCUS oriented . Now I will do more banking at that Branch ........... Banff Resident
Alright everyone, listen up. As Canadian citizen who has lived most of her life abroad and just recently moved back to Banff, I have struggled for months finding a bank which will accommodate my needs. The ATB was recommended to me by a friend in Calgary who has been banking with them for years. It seems that the same exceptionally amazing service she receives there transfers over to all of their branches, because oh my, was I met with friendly, professional and knowledgeable service in Banff ! Liz, you are an absolute banking angel, I cannot thank you enough for being so accommodating, helpful and making me feel so comfortable!
Thank you ATB for all you have done ! I have accomplished a lot in a very short time! Success! Also a special thanks to Aaron Wannamaker for making it happen! Thanks ATB Banff!
Well if your gonna be banking here I hope you like the scenery cause you'll be spending a lot of time trying to get anything done here. The tellers are friendly but the buisness seems to always be short staffed.
The best bank that I've ever dealt with. Super friendly staff too!
