I've always had good service from the Diagnostic Imaging department - easy to make appointments and professional, polite, staff. Also go here for the walk-in clinic and travel clinic and no complaints. They offer a lot of diverse services all in one location.
I have a new family doctor here. So far my experience has been great. The portal has been good. I also used their travel clinic and sorted everything same day. I’ve had to wait a little for appointments but honestly nothing in the grand scheme of things. Overall I think they do a great job
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was shockingly unprofessional rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. Instead of offering assistance or even basic courtesy, they acted as if patients were an inconvenience. The wait times were absolutely unacceptable. Despite having an appointment, I was forced to sit for an unreasonably long period without any updates or consideration. It was clear that patient care and efficiency were not priorities here. The overall atmosphere of the clinic felt chaotic and the lack of professionalism from the front desk staff only made things worse. If you’re looking for a place that values patients, respects their time, and offers decent customer service, I would strongly advise going elsewhere. I will definitely not be returning.
If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would.nnThis clinic is incredibly unorganized, and it feels like most of the doctors don’t genuinely care about their patients. The only one who showed any compassion was Dr. Hanan. If I had been able to be her patient, I would have stayed solely because of her.nnI was transferred to Dr. Taylor and was looking forward to a fresh start with a female doctor — but that turned out to be a huge mistake. She came across as arrogant, didn’t listen to anything I had to say, and completely dismissed my concerns.nnI had requested forms to be filled out back in March, and it’s now April. Despite confirming with the receptionist beforehand that Dr. Taylor could complete them, she refused to do so during our first appointment. She was passive, lacked empathy, and made me feel unheard.nnFor someone who is relatively new, her attitude toward patients is disappointing. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this clinic, especially not with Dr. Taylor.
I've been coming here for close to 15 years and have had 2 family doctors here. This clinic is busy but has all of the regular important diagnostic services needed, including x-rays, ultrasound, Lifelabs, etc. Great place to have your family doctor situated if you live in the area and can access. The walk-in clinic is very busy, but effective. The reviews on this site are quite negative, but quite honestly I've never been to a better clinic and appreciate the staff and how efficient they are.
