I had the worst experience yesterday I.e on 9th April.I missed the 9:25am flight is only because the staff present at that time. My final destination was kochi India . I was there from the time the counter opened. Specifically the two men staffs who doesn’t want to help at all .
Bad experience don't book with them
Staff are rude and unhelpful. Airplanes are dirty and uncleaned. Will not be flying this airline again.
