This is actually a review for National, but I believe the location and the employees are the same. This past week, during what was supposed to be a short vacation in Quebec, my family suffered a medical emergency that required the rental of a van. Because the rental was international one-way, there were numerous complications, especially regarding payment. 

Through this difficult ordeal, Adriana and Angelique (apologies if I've spelled your names incorrectly or left anyone out) were incredibly helpful, diligent, and compassionate. They spent significant time researching various options for us, as well as calling the destination National location to ensure that the rental would go smoothly. Without their help things would've been much more difficult for us, and I and my entire family are grateful for their assistance.
