The food here used to be good in the past, but it seems like the quality has gone down over time :/ The rice was old and just plain spicy with no depth of flavours. Most of the food was so spiced up to the point that it gave you heart burn. Also, super pricey for the average portions they give. Would not recommend.

I received the food with the main dish missing. i called the driver, who said was the restaurant faul, i called the restaurant and they said the driver forgot it, meanwhile i paid $60 do not get my food delivered and finding myself walking 20 streets back and forth to get my food. Nothing was been offered or done to smooth my frustration and disappointment. I see people just want to put their money in the pockets right away without thinking long term. now they got my money but for the future they lost a customer and all the people that i know.

First time to had a Pakistan food . BBQ bit burn but still so good flavor in meat. Flaming flavor by lots of spices ! I'll definitely back again.

Dewan-e-Khass Restaurant is must dine in place not only in Vancouver but there are only handful in BC, Canada, for Pakistani and Indian delicious, fresh dishes and fresh handmade Naan. It is busy here mostly so book a table on weekends. Staff is expernced and professional, both chefs are cooking amazing dishes. Paid parking.

Nice decor with banquette seating and chandeliers! Food fresh and tasty. Naan straight off the stove: hot and soft with good charring. Goat meat in biryani so tender. Chicken in Handi fresh and juicy in flavourful sauce. Lamb in Karahi bit tough. Mango lassi had crushed pistachios on top - love the details. Service fast food in <10 mins and friendly. Note to self: AC.

While writing the review,I am still sitting here in the restaurant. I ordered two biriyani & fish pakora, added photo. Fish pakora is too salty to eat. I informed them and they said this is what it is, nothing to do with this, and the waitresses behaviour seems very rude. I’ll never come again here.

Very busy and cater to the customers dining in... Overcharged for basic meal, left out items. Pre-ordered food and when I came to pick up the order - it wasn't ready & server had no idea of my order.. Made me late for Taraweeh and hungry due to the lack of bread. Cost $23 dollars for Plain white rice and GOAT curry. Order was to picked up for iftar Ramadan Fast - 14hrs fasted dinner wasn't ready and missing items as well as overcharged... White rice was $10, goat curry 13$ - no bread was given even thought it comes with the curry. Wasted my time and money. Cost me a night of Taraweeh... Owners should focus more on the customer instead of taking pictures with Justin Trudeau. Remember your Ummah. May Allah bless you and your family brothers. The food is awesome the vibe is great the staff is super friendly only thing this restaurant can work on is the availability of few items on the menu sometimes there are few items in the menu which are not available so please work that out other wise everything is just greatFood: 5/5

My family and I landed here on a cold Saturday evening early February! It was freezing outside so the spice in the food was a perfect prescription! Such flavourful food! The space is small and cozy! It was packed full of families and small groups. Great music /videos happening on a big screen on the wall above our table which we all enjoyed. Very friendly service! It was a great meal and experience!

We tried shenwari and Lahori Karahi, along with grill platter, raita and Nan. Kababs, tikka and Karahi were delicious. Service was good.Food: 5/5
