SUPER YUMMY! Authentic Peruvian cuisine. A lovely dine in experience. Definitely grab a bite here if you’re visiting Collingwood. Make sure to make reservations, because they are often very busy Friday and Saturday nights… the octopus was the best I have ever had! Not chewy at all! DEFINITELY leave some room for dessert. Service is 5 star! Everything is very smooth and friendly. Food is 4.5 star! The u10 scallop is tasty. I wish I could have 10 of them but my wallet will be crying. The steak is well done! The creamy polenta adds a special flavor to the dish and it’s more juicy! The octopus and pork belly is also well seasoned. We didn’t like the potatoes stew come with it, just the spice and sourness is not our type. All food portion is very decent so we were actually too greedy to order extra fires…
Beautiful atmosphere, amazing service and DELICIOUS food! My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner with some family and it was amazing. Our server Taylor was very knowledgeable on the dishes and provided outstanding service! They even made accomidations for my father-in-law who is in a wheelchair. We will definitely be returning in the future! Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is entirely wheelchair accessable from the sidewalk and they made special seating accomidations for us upon reserving a table :
Best Peruvian Fusion restaurant! I’ll definitely be hitting this restaurant up every-time I’m in Collingwood! Amazing service, and presentation of food. More importantly, the food tasted AMAZING! I’ve recommended this restaurant to others and they’ve also left impressed. 10/10 on everything important when choosing a solid place to dine :
Lollipop-ed drumsticks shared for apps, Mac and cheese for her and Octopus for him. Yummy stuff on a sunny patio evening curbside! Funny detail: if you look closely at the octopus dish, you'll see that it came with a 2" thick wedge of pancetta/bacon/pork...SUPER tasty surprise without being a heavy meal. Now the Mac and Cheese, that's got more heft to it, so husband got to help wife finish her meal.
Stopped by here on a whim on the way to get some Chinese food. The service was amazing!! Top notch! The server was so patient and helpful. We ordered the yucca fries, the cheese empanada and the tres leches. So I’m a big tres leches fan and this is perhaps one of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend it. I plan to go here again. The patio is also very nice and on the main Collingwood strip.
I don't know what I enjoyed most, the ambiance, staff, or food. It may just be a straight tie because it was all a 10 out of 10!! The food was so beautifully presented. The flavours hit, it was all so perfectly presented and deliciously received. I'll surely return to enjoy more.
Peruvian restaurant. Lots of seafood. Tiger Shrimp, red snapper, octopus. Not much in terms of salad, just quinoa and side garden salad that they can make bigger size. Few steak choices, but I don't like ordering steak from a non steak house. Lots of nice sandwiches - veg, snapper, burger, chicken. We ordered the veg sandwich, risotto and a seafood dish with shrimp/ octopus. All were excellent. Sandwich was very fresh. Risotto was very cheesy and bigger than avg size. Shrimp, octopus was served chilled. Server said it is a little spicy, but I didn't think so. Restaurant is clean, spacious and modern looking. Excellent service from Jasmine.
I was today Dec 28, 2021 celebrating the new year little anticipated, I got an octopus with tres leches desert, absolutely delicious! Also we was serving by Samantha, she was really nice and took care of or dinner all the time. I recommend Al Carbon! Fantastic….
Beautiful restaurant. Generous portion. Courteous staff. The ribs were so delicious and well seasoned ! Food was a smidge slow to come out even with a 5:30 pm dine in.
