Wow, got the Ajitama Ramen with black flavour and Goma Q cucumber salad! The chicken broth is in all the ramens which is rare, and it was so filling and delicious. Such a gem hidden in Langley. Enjoyed it a lot, make sure to add your self on the waitlist during busy nights. Overall very great flavours and will definitely come back and try the gyoza and chicken kaaraje
My favourite authentic Japanese ramen spot in my area, Langley. They even make their own noodles from scratch, which is a healthy option. I’ve been frequenting this ramen spot for their savory meat lover bowl with perfect flavors, paired with an Asahi beer on the side. The servers are friendly, with excellent customer service.nnTip: Better arrive early before opening to secure a spot. It fills up fast around lunchtime.
Was working out in Langley doing an Open House with my colleague and we decided to come here for a late lunch at 2:30pm. Most restaurants i go to its usually empty at this time yet this place was 80% full. I can see why. Food was good and the Ramen came out within 3 minutes. The chicken karage came out a few minutes afterwards. One thing about the chicken karage is that it's soft, juicy, and not salty! My friend eats here often so I'm glad he brought me here . Bill came to $38 + Tax.
Excellent, authentic Japanese chicken ramen. I usually don’t name competitors but I feel like I can here since it’s literally 40km away. If you want old school Marutama vibes when it was only one location and GOOD with rich chicken broth and on-point noodles IN LANGLEY this is the place. Best ramen on this side of the Fraser. Simple menu with simple options.nnIt’s a small space though so it fills up quickly. They make you wait outside when there is a lineup so keep that in mind. Parking can also be a bit tricky when it gets busy.nnAlso you can take your receipt and get 10% off at the mini conbini next door.nnVery good service but out of respect during busy times don’t plan on lingering. Get in, slurp it down, and get out.
My favourite Ramen place. I love that they offer a chicken Ramen! You also get to chose your own level of spice! I always get the Ajitama Black Spicy! It is really good! Their gyoza are delicious as well. Customer service is excellent and they are very responsive. Definitely my go to Ramen place in the Valley!
