A refreshing breath of fresh air in a world full of gloom and depression. This park is the shinning gem of Ajax. It is beautiful. Never too crowded, and normal nice humans when people are there. You know what I'm talking about when it comes to not normal humans... Looking at you downtown Oshawa. This place is not like that. Nice views of the water. Nice trails. This park won an award for their parking enforcement, so be sure to follow the parking rules. Besides that, enjoy the views and the non smell of constant trash like some parts of Toronto.
Amazing trail for walk and bike. And if you like photography then its a perfect place to click some lovely pics. Its so calm place .. must visit to relax and recharge on weekend .
Lovely wide open areas with a long meandering walking/biking path next to the lake. Benches are scattered along the path which is great for an old guy like - sit and rest the gammy his and knees. And there's public washrooms!
Beautiful park that you can plan your special event with permit. Excellent for walking, jogging, nature lovers and you can do yoga as well.
Waterfront is my favourite place to go to especially for a walk. I love that its taken care of during winter as well. The track/path was cleaned of snow and salt was thrown as well. Couldn't have ask for more after a snowy day.
It was very nice and very clean! We went there on a public holiday and it wasn’t too busy. It would be perfect for bike lovers - nice long trail at the waterfront. I cannot put 5 stars because on the street and parking spot the cost is $20 for visitors. Even if you don’t stay long it’s still $20… I would say not worth for this price, but without the parking cost consideration, it’s a nice place. You can find some spot direction to paradise beach to tan and swim quietly. In my opinion, the water was too cold to swim even if it was a sunny and warm weather. There was a brave woman, so I guess it wasn’t impossible to swim in the lake. There is a lot of small rocks. Would be better to keep your flip flops.
Best waterfront park ever. We travel from afar but its so worth it. Always clean, trail’s maintained and so beautiful
Very nice place to take a walk, have a picnic or to just sit by the water. I personally enjoy the view
Beautiful night for a late night stroll at Ajax Waterfront! Nothing so refreshing and peaceful as getting in a few steps and having soulful conversation. Caught the end of sundown over the Toronto skyline. Always good for a few laughs when with the ones you love.
Beautiful trail, great for walking, jogging, jogging, skateboarding,with amazing view of the shoreline. The parks are great for picnics in nice weather
