Ajax Coin Car Wash

If I could give it a zero I would. it ate my money and would not start $6.00 of mine it stole. I backed out and got in another bay and that one worked. so fine my loss. A lady pulled in the same bay, before I got a chance to tell her she put $3.00. she was about to try putting more before I told her don't bother it doesn't work. 10 seconds later another guy pulled in the bay. this time I caught him. I then blocked it off with a garbage bin to maybe warn people. Why is there no number posted to call? I guess because it would not be nearly as lucrative to have working machines. I will go elsewhere. it is one thing if a machine malfunctions. it is another to have no way to contact the company when.it happens.

Car wash is great but they fall short on the vacuums. The price is fair but there is hardly any suction.. I was better off using the vacuum at my house.

This car wash was a mess when I visited and the bay I used had a hose that was at full power without pulling the trigger. There's no audible warning when time is running out and it is cash only. Was disappointed. Vacuums are twice the price of other car washes. Won't be back.

All the bays were full. One car was waiting at the very entrance off the road. I didn't want to block the entrance so I pulled around her and waited at the far bays. When the car in front of me pulled out I started to enter the bay. Then the car all the way at the entrance speeds toward me honking excessively. Saying she was next for that bay????? I let her have the spot. And pulled into the bay next to it that just cleared up. She then comes out and starts to lecture me that she's been coming there for years and that's how it works. I told her she's been doing wrong all these years. There's no sign that said that's how it works. I disagree. Pick a bay waite there. That's what you would do if it was packed.

If I could I would rate it a zero. I pulled in to an open bay and proceeded to put my $3.00 worth of coins in and nothing. The bay I was in was broken but there was no indication prior to me depositing my money. Then to make matters worse, the refund button was broken off and the machine simply stole my money. There was no one around to get my refund from. This place is out dated, dirt and unkept. The garbage bins were over flowing like they hadn't been emptied in days. Save your money and wash it at home or find a better person place
