We were never aloud our entitled vacation time and not always our regular visitation time by my husbands ex. We went to Kelly to clean this up and also to pay the support arrears accumulated over 10 years. She put up very little fight over the money- which is ok since money is not important. But we were advised to pay up and then we would deal with visititation issues. During this time we missed TWO scheduled vacation with our daughter. Both times we called/ left voicemail multiple times to get advice on how to proceed. Calls were never returned thus the vacation lapsed without our daughter attending. Kelly does not get emotional over her cases. It is very black and white for her. For us after 10 years of fighting for the bare minimum out of our custody agreement it is anything but black and white. She tells you everything you want to hear but does not follow through on her promise. I would NEVER recommend her to a family member or friend. Her staff is obviously disorganized and she has very little feeling or heart towards her clients.
