Called them to fix my water-based central heating that they had serviced prior years. After 2 hours, they couldn't find what the issue was, and said I should replace the pump that they had installed upside-down a year before. Technician made me wait 15 minutes outside while they filled in the bill, and charged me 40$ for a piece of duct tape. They had me waiting for 7 days without heating before calling me back. I had to argue with them to prove that the pump was still under warranty. I solved the problem myself - all I had to do was turn off and on the pump, and purge the radiators. Either they are crooks, or they are blatantly incompetent.
The receptionist Is lovely and very very helpful, she managed to send me a technician in the following days and he was very professional too. Prices are expensive but not more than any other companies and the problem was solved in one day. I would recommend this company to anyone!! Thank you :
These clowns are the worst. Very long story short: ordered an AC unit which was promised to be delivered up to 8 weeks back in May. We expected it to be delivered in July or August. It came in JANUARY. We had to contact on multiple occasions for updates and they are never proactive about letting us know what's going on. We've asked for some compensation, but they refused. No one should be doing any business with these people.
Extremely dishonest technician and owner or the company who wanted to charge me twice for coming twice for a estimation 250$ just to tell me my central air conditioning needs a cleaning before even starting the work. He literally took 10 mins to open my air duct and told me you need a cleaning and we will be back. First time 250$, second time another 250. So 500$ before starting ANYTHING. Then, he wants to charge 140$ to start the cleaning. Unbelievable. I agree to pay 250$ once not twice. His name is Normand. Stay away.
Initially I was not very pleased with the service of the technician, but I have to admit the owner of the company Mr Normand was very good at following up and resolving my problem. He handled the situation personally, made sure my problem was resolved and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. He really went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied, my understanding is the technician no longer works for them. In all it is a good company, sometimes problems happen but it is more pleasing to know that the owner tried hard to turn things around. I commend his ethics and hard work, I will work with him again.
