Air Confort Dépot

I have nothing but great things to say about Air Confort Depot, they were quick and reliable and made sure I was happy. The owner really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my heat pump and furnace and I recommend them for all your cooling/heating needs.

I called them for service. They came, looked at my 30,000 split air conditioner, and determined they would need another part. They did not come with the parts they needed, and said they would have to come back. The unit is a Freidrich and only 2 years old and under warranty. After a week, they called and said they would not come back. That I was too far for them. I am in Montreal. I cannot say they are a reliable company.when they do not finish what they start. They could have told me to begin with rthat I was too far, with out making me wait a week in the heat. I cannot rate them at all.

Excellent service et excellents produits. La soumission a été claire et sans pression. L'installation s'est faite peu de temps après de façon professionnelle. Suite à mon appel une semaine après, ils sont revenus la journée même pour quelques ajustements - un service hors pair. J'ai choisi cette entreprise pour ma thermopompe murale pour la soumission sans extra malgré la traverse d'un garde-robe. Aussi, les tuyaux de refroidisseurs entre la tête et le compresseur sont de meilleur qualité, sans joints et avec un isolant plus résistant. J'ai aussi pu choisir la couleur exacte du recouvrement en aluminium parmi une vingtaine pour obtenir la couleur exacte de mon revêtement extérieur de maison - un meilleur choix que celui proposé par les autres compagnies (blanc, noir ou beige). Finalement, je suis aussi allé en magasin pour voir les appareils fonctionner et choisir celui qui me convenait le mieux. J'ai également reçu un très bon service sur place. Bref, je recommande fortement Air Confort Dépôt.
